These terms govern your use of the 3D Vistas website and our architectural visualisation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
We provide architectural visualisation including exterior and interior CGI, landscape visualisation, walkthrough animation and 360° virtual tours, delivered according to an agreed brief and scope.
Quotes are provided as itemised fixed prices and are valid for the stated period. A deposit may be required to commence work. Payment terms are set out on each invoice.
On full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final delivered assets for their intended purpose. 3D Vistas retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We treat project information and materials you share as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.
You are responsible for providing accurate drawings, files and briefs, and for giving timely feedback so that work can proceed as scheduled.
Two full rounds of revisions are included as standard. Written approval of final renders completes the project.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Website content is owned by or licensed to 3D Vistas. You may not reproduce or misuse it without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
